By accessing or using the Fix-A-Meal website at fixameal.app (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

About Fix-A-Meal

The Site is currently a pre-launch website that shares information about the Fix-A-Meal recipe product, which is still in development. Features, content, and availability may change as the product evolves. Any future app or account-based services may be subject to additional terms presented at that time.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that's unlawful or that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other people's accounts or information;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site without our permission; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Site.

Intellectual property

The Fix-A-Meal name, logo, design, and all content on the Site — including text, images, and recipes — belong to Fix-A-Meal and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to cook the recipes at home and share the experience with your family. You may not republish, resell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

No medical or professional advice

The recipes and information on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and they're not a substitute for guidance from a pediatrician, doctor, or registered dietitian. Always follow the advice of your child's healthcare provider — especially regarding food allergies, health conditions, and the timing and preparation of foods for babies and young children.

User submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or recipe requests, you keep ownership of them, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve our product — with no obligation to credit or compensate you. We may use submissions without confidentiality, even if they're marked as confidential.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recipes will produce any particular result — we can't even guarantee that the broccoli will be liked.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix-A-Meal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or any content on it.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as hosting providers or email). We don't control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, especially as we approach launch. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms, where we're able to do so.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fix-A-Meal's business is primarily established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
